Attorney General Chris Carr said on Tuesday that Georgia “will not hesitate to raise domestic terrorist accusations for those who deserve it”. The punishment for this indictment is up to 35 years in prison, he added.
“It's very easy. Using demonstrators. Using rioters use violence. There is no gray area,” said Carr, a Republican candidate for governor who also submitted a legal letter who defended Trump's use of the National Guard in Los Angeles. “If you exercise violence for the purpose of changing public order in Georgia, you can be charged with domestic terrorism.”
The local law enforcement agencies will be aware of all protests planned in the coming days, even though they refused to publish specific plans. The GBI said the agency would continue to monitor plans for demonstrations while working with the partners Metro Atlanta, state and federal laws.

The Georgia Department of Public Safety said that the agency was obliged to maintain the constitutional right to peaceful protests and at the same time ensure the security of the communities.
The immigration authority's raids and deportations have led to protests across the country, including Metro Atlanta, where hundreds took part in a rally on Tuesday evening on the Buford Highway. Officers in Riot Gear cleared the area late Tuesday by using tear gas.

Several law enforcement agencies – including DEKALB County, Brookhaven, Chamblee, Doraville and Georgia State Patrol – reacted to the scene and blocked parts of the Buford Highway near North Cliff Valley Way.
“You will not intimidate us. We are here to stay and we are here to do everything to fight for immigrants,” said Lauren Epps, a demonstrator, just before the police cleared the rally site.

The AJC received arrests for three of the people who were taken into custody by the Brookhaven police and booked to Dekalb County's prison shortly after midnight on Wednesday. Records for the remaining three were not immediately available. The AJC does not identify the arrests because they are not charged for crimes.
Of the three, the recordings of which have been preserved, two come from Decatur and one comes from Atlanta. All of them are charged with the disability of the law enforcement officers. Two were charged with disorganized behavior, and one became a walk on the street because of illegal assembly and pedestrians.
In addition to Kemp and Carr, other Republicans in Georgia are supported in Trump's extraordinary decision to send soldiers to suppress immigration protests in Los Angeles, and confiscate problems with legal orders, which are the main buildings of GOP campaigns.
The insurance commissioner John King, a candidate of the US Senate, accused Democrats of “making rioters blind”. And the US MP Buddy Carter, another GOP Senate candidate, showed a resolution that condemned the immigration protests.
“The Mexican flags wave, attack the police and burn down a once large American city, shows exactly why these people shouldn't be in our country,” said Lt. Governor Burt Jones, who is expected to soon provide a GOP offer for the governor. “Law and order come from President Trump. Swallow yourself.”

Some Democrats have beaten Trump's actions in California.
“Donald Trump's decision to oppose the local guides in the introduction of the National Guard and the Marines is at risk, the resources wasted and local law enforcement authorities distracts in order to take up more power,” said the former mayor of Atlanta, Keisha Lance Bottoms, who is running for the governor.
“I always said that it is wrong that someone turns to violence and vandalism, and those who do this should be held accountable.”

The demonstrations provided Trump opponents with electricity, who see his approach as illegal and his command to send soldiers to suppress protests as a step towards authoritarianism. They also expose the Democrats to new attacks, which they represent as weak in the event of illegal immigration.
The law enforcement authorities in Metro Atlanta were tested this weekend if at least two protests are planned as part of the “No Kings Nationwide Day of Despite”.
