Siddhant Karmali, born in Bangalore, persuades American voters in Georgia to vote for Democratic senators. As an ineligible tenth grader, he sent handwritten notes to Georgians to get them excited about topics that affect him, his future, and the future of other high schoolers.
Siddhant is based in Orange County, California, thousands of miles from Georgia. Concerned about climate change, minority rights and health care, he said: “I wrote to registered Democratic voters to elect a Democratic senator on behalf of my friends and I to reduce gender and race discrimination and health bias . “
