Trump was charged with racketeering and 12 other felonies and was released on $200,000 bail Thursday after turning himself in at the Fulton County Jail. This is the fourth criminal indictment against Trump this year — including two federal counts of handling confidential records and attempting to reverse his 2020 election defeat, and charges in New York state related to an alleged hush-money program. But unlike his previous three charges, Georgia authorities took a booking photo on Thursday.

The Fulton County District Attorney’s Office last Monday filed charges against Trump and 18 others in 41 counts related to their efforts to improve the results of the state’s 2020 presidential election. The prosecutor’s office gave the defendants until noon on Friday to face the case, and they began negotiating their bail agreements on Monday. All of the defendants, including Trump, face racketeering charges in the case, bringing the total number of offenses he has been charged with on the four charges against him since March to 91.

A federal judge rejected offers by Clark and Meadows to stop their arrests after they filed court documents seeking to move their cases to federal court, saying they were acting within federal law. Shafer and Latham have also filed motions to have their cases moved to federal court.
