It wasn’t long before Republicans cheerfully made the moniker their own, triumphantly elevating it to a brand worth celebrating.
“I’m Ultra MAGA, and I’m proud of it,” said Rep. Elise Stefanik (RN.Y.), the 3rd house Republican, after a reporter noted Wednesday that she was “called Ultra MAGA.”
On the same day, Trump’s Save America Super PAC sent out a donation email with a $45 T-shirt featuring the image of Trump as Superman — a Trump “T” on his chest instead of Superman’s iconic “S” — that’s underneath “SUPERMAGA” is waving on the banner in a red and yellow comic font. …
And on Wednesday night, Trump also posted a meme depicting himself as Aragorn – a selfless hero of The Lord of the Rings trilogy – with the caption “The return of the great MAGA king.”
