Amy L. Kaye was recently named one of the 50 Best Lawyers in Georgia in 2020. The Super Lawyers award is part of Thomson Reuters, a rating service for outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have achieved a high level of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection process included independent research, peer nominations and peer reviews. Kaye was also named a Super Lawyer for the 11th consecutive year.
She received a Bachelor of Arts cum laude in economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a law degree cum laude from the University of Georgia College of Law. She is a partner at the law firm Ellis Funk, PC, which specializes in family law.
Kaye is married to former MP Mitchell Kaye and has three children and two grandchildren. In her free time, Amy can often be found on the golf course or tennis court.
