Rudy Giuliani avoids court

Rudy Giuliani has made an agreement with two election workers in Georgia that he enclosed the judgment of almost 150 million US dollars against him, in a deal that enables him to keep his home and valuable property.

The comparison agreement ends a long -term saga about Giuliani's false statements after the 2020 presidential election when the former mayor of New York City was a lawyer of the then President Donald Trump.

Giuliani wanted to be on trial and possibly lose the apartment in Florida, in which he says he lives and several New York Yankees World Series rings. In legal disputes with the women Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss, he was over whether his apartment in Florida in Florida is his main residence and can be excluded from women's collection systems.

“The last four years have been a living nightmare. We fought to clarify our names, to restore our reputation and to prove that we didn't do anything wrong, ”said Freeman and Moss in an explanation. “Today is a big milestone on our trip. We have reached an agreement and can now advance our lives. We have agreed to allow Mr. Giuliani to keep his property in exchange for compensation and his promise to never defame us. ”

Freeman and Moss have already been in court a number of Giulian most valuable possessions, including its 6 million dollar apartment in Manhattan, more than a dozen luxury watches, furniture and baseball remembrance. Nevertheless, they have had trouble collecting some of the objects in the past few months, although Giuliani has several court commands to hand over his possessions.

Giuliani said on Thursday in a post on X that he would keep all of his “personal objects”, which the election workers in Georgia followed or won, and that he would also keep his apartment in New York City and Florida Oceanside Condo. “This resolution does not include any admission of liability or misconduct by one of the parties,” he said in the office after the agreement was announced.

“This legal dispute has called for all parties their toll. This whole episode was unhappy, ”continued Giuliani. “I and the plaintiffs have agreed to never talk about each other in a different way, and I ask others to do the same.”

With Giuliani's net assets of 10 million US dollars, including its real estate stocks, Moss and Freeman should never repeat the full $ 150 million from Giuliani.

But millions of dollars would have been needed to correspond to even the most fundamental debts that Freeman and Moss received approval for the willingness to court. The lawyers of Moss and Freeman, who worked Pro Bono, also invested tens of thousands of dollars of legal work in their case, and the courts had announced Giuliani that he had to pay for some of her fees.

Outside the court building on Thursday, Giuliani's lawyer refused to answer many questions about the details of the settlement, even if money was included. He declined to say whether someone entered to support Giuliani and even cut off a reporter who began to ask about the elected president.

“No comment on the president,” said Giuliani's lawyer Joseph Cammarata. “This is about the American mayor.”

In the past few days, Trump himself has “saved Rudy !!!” Posted !!!

The 80 -year -old Giuliani has been struggling with physical health problems in the past few months, he said. He has repeatedly stood in court for hearings and put it under oath several times in the past few weeks, since the lawyers and judges of the Georgia election workers repeatedly asked him about the following court orders.

In the past few days, the federal judges have kept him twice in contempt by the court.

Giuliani said that he is planning to take part in the second inauguration of the President next week in the second inauguration of Donald Trump.

On Thursday morning, Giuliani released a video on X of a small dog at the time when his process took place, which was wearing a tie next to a fountain in the Mar-A-Lago club in Trump. The song “Don't worry, be happy” plays in the video clip.

“Vinny loves hanging around in Mar-A-Lago, but he is ready to do much more time in Washington, DC, including an American flag emoji over the next four years.
