Amy L. Kaye was recently named one of the Top 50 Georgia Lawyers in 2020. The Super Lawyers nomination is part of Thomson Reuters, a rating service of outstanding lawyers in more than 70 areas of expertise that have a high level of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection process included independent research, nominations through peer and peer evaluation. Kaye was also named a Super Lawyer for the 11th consecutive year.
She received a Bachelor of Arts cum laude in economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a cum laude law degree from the University of Georgia College of Law. She is a partner in the law firm Ellis Funk, PC, which specializes in family law.
Kaye is married to former State Representative Mitchell Kaye and has three children and two grandchildren. In her spare time, Amy can often be found on the golf course or tennis court.
