The Georgia Judicial Qualifications Commission has again recommended that the state Supreme Court remove suspended Georgia Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Christian Coomer from office.

The second recommendation follows the Justice Department’s re-examination of Coomer’s conduct after the Supreme Court clarified in March that the JQC did not have jurisdiction to consider ethics violations related to the detrimental conduct of the defendants.
