A man is behind bars after officials said he was arrested in connection with a woman’s disappearance.
Bibb County sheriff’s officials said Thursday that officers arrested 19-year-old Jatarvius Deangelo Price as part of the investigation into the disappearance of 18-year-old Gabriella Dixon.

According to the investigation, Dixon was last seen on October 30, 2023 on Pinehill Drive. Family and friends said they had not heard from her since.
Authorities did not say how Price became involved in the investigation.
Dixon is 1.75 meters tall and weighs around 60 kilograms.

Price was charged with making false statements and tampering with evidence. He is currently unattached.
