Subscribers will receive the products listed on the order form and any updates made available during the annual subscription period. Shipping and handling fees are not included in the annual price.

Subscribers will be notified of the number of updates made to each release in the previous year. The number of updates may vary due to legislative changes and other release issues, but subscribers can use this as a rough estimate of future deliveries. Subscribers may cancel this subscription by: calling customer service at 800-833-9844; email to customer.support@lexisnexis.com; or return the invoice with the note “CANCEL”.

If subscribers cancel within 30 days of ordering or receiving the product and return the product at their own expense, they will receive a full credit for the price of the annual subscription.

If subscribers cancel between 31 and 60 days after the invoice date and return the product at their own expense, they will be credited 5/6 of the annual subscription price. Cancellations more than 60 days after the invoice date will not be credited. To receive credit, Subscriber must return, at Subscriber’s expense, all Products shipped during the year within the applicable cancellation period listed above.

Subscriptions are automatically renewed without any action on the part of the subscriber

Subscribers will receive the Product(s) listed on the Order Form and all supplements, replacements, reprints and revisions of a Publication (“Updates”) made available during the Annual Subscription Term included in the Annual Price. Shipping and handling fees are not included in the annual price.

With the auto-renewal option, subscribers will receive a renewal notice at least 60 days before each renewal date, which includes the cost of the next annual subscription. The renewal price will likely include a small increase from last year’s subscription price.

The total price includes the products listed in the order form and all updates for a limited period (minimum period of 30 days) after the order is placed (“Order Window”). Shipping and handling charges are not included in the total price.

All shipments may be returned at Subscriber’s expense within 30 days of receipt for full credit of price.

Shipments cannot be returned more than 30 days after receipt and no credit will be issued.

After the order window, subscribers will receive an update notification along with the then current total price and the ordering process once updates are available. Subscribers only receive the updates they specifically request.

If Subscriber elects the automatic mailing subscription program, they will receive and be billed for future updates without any action on their part. The total price includes the products listed in the order form and all updates for a limited period (minimum period of 30 days) after the order has been placed (“Order Window”). Shipping and handling charges are not included in the total price.

After the order window, all updates are automatically sent to the subscriber semi-annually or annually with an invoice at the then current total price as soon as the updates are available. The Subscriber can expect a price increase from the current retail price. The retail price does not include and does not include shipping and handling.

The subscriber is informed of the number of updates made to the relevant publication in the previous year. The number of updates may vary due to developments in legislation and other release issues, but Subscriber can use these as a rough estimate of future deliveries. All shipments may be returned at Subscriber’s expense for a full credit of the total price within 30 days of receipt.

Shipments cannot be returned more than 30 days after receipt and no credit will be issued.

Returning a shipment that is not the original purchase will not cancel the Subscriber’s subscription.
