Legal professionals reply as Georgia federal choose stops Biden’s nationwide immunization mandate

With the stroke of a pen, a Georgia federal judge halted the last of the Biden government’s three vaccine mandates, hailed by some lawyers as a move towards justice against federal abuses, but viewed by others as an unlikely stalemate.

The injunction issued by Judge Raymond Stanley Baker of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia temporarily halted an executive order that Biden signed on September 9 to urge all federal entrepreneurs to keep employees vaccinated against COVID-19 to ensure by January 18th.
