Landscape Workshop joins South Carolina and coastal Georgia with the latest addition

Landscape workshop, No. 35 on the 2023 LM150 listcompleted the acquisition of Martin landscapeadding two locations serving the Lowcountry region of South Carolina and coastal Georgia.

Wade Martin founded Martin Landscape in 2004, initially with a truck and a lawnmower. Today, Martin Landscape is one of the leading landscaping companies in its region.

Wade will join Landscape Workshop and take on the role of General Manager. He will be responsible for facilitating a seamless transition for Martin’s valued customers and dedicated employees.

Stuart Maxey of Bradley served as legal counsel to Landscape Workshop in this transaction. John Langley of the law firm of Stephen S. Bird represented Martin Landscape. William Davoli of Green industry consultant acted as financial advisor to the sellers.

The company also recently expanded into Louisiana with the addition of Louisiana Landscape Specialty.
