Kroy Bierman had the law behind him!
Kim Zolciak Biermann‘s husband was stopped by Georgian police near the family home one evening in early January. The reality star drove a 2019 Cadillac and we were told the “case was closed”.
According to RadarOnline, Kroy Bierman was pulled over by Georgia police officers near his family home.
The outlet obtained court documents alleging the reality star was driving 88 MPH in a 65-mile zone on the evening of Jan. 7, 2023. He drove a blue 2019 Cadillac Escalade. Radar also claimed he was only fined, which he paid in full.
Back in August, he and Kim Zolciak Biermanns daughter, Ariane Biermann, was arrested for an alleged DUI. TMZ reported that the influencer was charged with three counts but was released on bail the same day. According to the outlet, her boyfriend was with her during the time.
On Monday, August 15, the family’s attorney told TMZ that the 20-year-old was involved in a minor accident prior to booking.
“Ariana was involved in a small fender bender. When police arrived at the scene, the investigating officer immediately launched an investigation into DUI.” Justin Spizman, her attorney, said the outlet. “Despite Ariana’s constant pleas that she was upset and concerned about the minor accident, the officer wrongly concluded that she was impaired by alcohol. That was not the case. She completely denies these allegations and intends to fight these allegations as she is not guilty of them.”
Kim and Kroy later revealed to Celebuzz! an exclusive statement on the incident.
The couple said:
Ariana was involved in a small fender bender. When police arrived at the scene, the investigating officer immediately launched an investigation into DUI from alcohol. Despite Ariana’s constant pleas that she was upset and concerned about the minor accident, the officer wrongly concluded that she was impaired. That was not the case. While we have no further desire to discuss this case in the media, Ariana has not been affected by any substance, including alcohol or marijuana. Being cooperative and honest, she admitted to using marijuana the day before, that is, over 24 hours before her contact with law enforcement. In addition, according to his own police report, the arresting officer accused Ariana of alcohol impairment. She completely denies these allegations and intends to fight these allegations as she is not guilty of any of them. Therefore, we appreciate that the general public is allowing this case to be heard on its merits, and not on the basis of rhetoric or the wrong conclusions.
And in a different turn of events, the Biermann family could now be fighting to keep their home.
The Zolciak’s house was reportedly due for a second foreclosure early next month. The Sun initially reported that the home sold for almost $2.3 million below its value. However, Kim quickly ended this speculation.
“Okay guys, my house didn’t sell for $257,000. If you guys think I’m going to rent out my house that we’ve poured millions and millions of dollars into for $257,000, you’re an idiot, okay? Really,” she said in a video posted to her Instagram.
“So what are you gonna do haters when I’m here for Christmas and I’m here for my birthday in May and I’m here for all these great dates?” asked the reality star.
