KIM ZOLCIAK

DAUGHTERS REFUSE, FAMILY HOUSE IS IN DEPRECIATION

Kim Zolciak‘s kids deny the family’s Georgia mansion is going to be foreclosed on and go to the auction block…claiming it’s all a misunderstanding.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star’s daughters Brielle And Ariana Biermantried to clear the air on Wednesday … and told photographers at LAX that the family are still living in their Alpharetta estate and have no plans to move out.

Brielle and Ariana say all of the family’s belongings are still at the house and they’re not worried about losing the house…they say they even slept there before traveling across the country.

Kim’s daughters don’t elaborate on what the so-called misunderstanding is… but as we reported last week, a public announcement indicated that the home is scheduled for auction on March 7 at the Fulton County Courthouse.

A law firm previously told us that it was seeking foreclosure on Kim and Kroy Bierman‘s home, situated on the 18th hole of Manor Golf & Country Club.

Kim’s children say the house is already saved and their mother hasn’t told them about an upcoming auction, although they admit they asked Kim about all the news.

Remember… Kim and Kroy bought the home way back in 2012 for $880,000 and it was featured heavily on “RHOA” and the couple’s reality show “Don’t Be Tardy.” The property features an elevator, pool, waterfall, spa and basketball court.

Truist Bank reportedly began foreclosure proceedings on the property back in August after Kim and Kroy defaulted on their mortgage.

It’ll be interesting to see what happens on March 7th…Kim’s kids say, “Stay tuned in.”
