Kim Zolciak is seeking sole custody of her minor children amid her tumultuous divorce battle with estranged husband Kroy Biermann.
The 45-year-old “Real Housewives Of Atlanta” alum, who put his lavish Georgia estate up for sale for $6 million before foreclosure, made the demand in documents obtained by TMZ, two months after the 38-year-old year-old former NFL star had filed for divorce again.
The estranged couple share Kroy “KJ,” 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia and Kane, nine. After Biermann tied the knot with the TV personality in 2011, she also adopted her two daughters from a previous relationship: Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 21.
According to the medium, she has requested that the sports star and herself have joint custody. She described herself as a “loving, fit and decent parent” while demanding that Kroy also receive “voluntary visitation.”
Kim has asked to receive both “temporary and permanent alimony” and child support because she is “dependent” on Biermann.

However, Kroy has requested both sole legal and physical custody of their children in his own divorce documents, which were refiled in August after the couple attempted to reconcile.
He also demanded alimony, maintenance and her mansion in Milton, Georgia – which would mean the reality star would have to vacate the property.
At the time, the former Atlanta Falcons player claimed that their 12-year marriage was “irretrievably broken.”
Their shocking split first came to light in May this year, but a few months later the two made attempts to repair their relationship, thus calling off their divorce.
Given the estranged couple’s financial difficulties, Biermann made the decision to divorce again. Kroy once claimed the Real Housewives alum was “addicted to compulsive behavior” and gambled away a whopping $1.5 million.
On Monday, TMZ reported that Kim and Kroy have officially put their lavish Georgia mansion on the market for a total of $6 million ahead of foreclosure in November – after initially listing the 1.78-acre property in 2012 for $880,000 bought US dollars.
The home, which was featured on the Bravo spinoff series “Don’t Be Tardy,” features 7 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, and amenities like a swimming pool, wine cellar, arcade, and movie theater.

The brick and stone home, located next to The Manor golf course, is gated and has a parking space in front of the home’s entrance, according to a Zillow listing.
The home’s entrance leads to a two-story entry foyer with a curved staircase and open gallery, as well as an adjacent dining room and study with a designer chandelier and custom fireplace.
In the property’s backyard there is a covered porch overlooking the heated pool and spa, as well as an in-ground trampoline.
There has been drama surrounding the couple’s home in the past, with the property mistakenly listed for $3.2 million earlier this month.
Her home was reportedly foreclosed on in February and is scheduled to be auctioned off in March. However, Kim denied the claims and an insider told People at the time that the couple had taken “action” to resolve any issues.
In legal documents filed by Biermann in September, the former Atlanta Falcons player asked the court to allow him to put the family’s Milton, Georgia, mansion on the market, saying it was near foreclosure.
The NFL alum made allegations against Zolciak after she called the police at her Milton, Georgia, mansion on May 4, ahead of his initial divorce filing.
The allegations about Zolciak’s gambling losses were seen in bodycam video from the Milton Police Department after officers responded to the home after Kim reported a domestic dispute.

The footage was obtained by RadarOnline.com after Biermann and Zolciak filed for divorce. Biermann — who was cautious when speaking to law enforcement in hopes Zolciak wouldn’t hear him — called the Bravo personality a “narcissist of the highest order.”
Biermann said Zolciak’s penchant for gambling has grown exponentially in recent years.
During the incident, Zolciak told police that Biermann locked a cache of $175,000 worth of valuable items she owned – including designer handbags and jewelry – in a safe and hid the key from her.
Biermann said he believes the many items fell under the classification of community property, adding of the items, “The problem is that they are assets, there are none.” [other] Assets to go to.’

Zolciak said that Biermann smoked marijuana, which gave credence to his ability to raise her children; while Biermann claimed that Zolciak’s gambling habits had consumed her time and decimated the family finances.

Biermann told officers they continued to sleep in the same bed but did not interact with each other.
In July, it was revealed that the reality TV couple had decided not to separate and had withdrawn their divorce papers from Fulton County Superior Court in Georgia. They were spotted just before attending a church together in Atlanta.
Following the second divorce filing, a source told People earlier this month that both Kim and Kroy are “still under the same roof,” but revealed that all is far from well, adding, “Right now a money war.”
Even though they were living together, the insider explained that the estranged couple is “not trying to get back together.”
