A: Generally no, but it depends. Usually, a prison sentence does not result in a Fourth Amendment waiver (unlike a suspended or suspended sentence, which does). However, a Fourth Amendment waiver may be made a condition of your bail. In that case, you would have to go to the court (ie have your attorney file an application) to request a change in the terms of your bond.
