Two election workers in Georgia who won a massive judgment against Rudy Giuliani because he slandered her after the 2020 elections asks a federal judge to keep him in court.

Your request on Wednesday morning opens a new difficulty limit in court that Donald Trump's former lawyer must now be exposed because the Fallout continues for him because he has spread the myths of the election fraud.

The couple, Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss, say that Trump continues to repeat harmful lies about them in his nightly transmission, votes against court orders.

“In his latest act of resistance to court commands and the continued defamation of the plaintiffs, the accused Rudolph W. Giuliani clearly violated a permanent injunction – a corresponding decision that he agreed less than a year ago – he forbidden to repeat and defuse his wrong lies.” Judge Beryl Howell at the DC district court.

The judge has not yet answered and some punishments would be.

The lawyers of Moss and Freeman pointed to two programs by Giuliani's show, in which he said that people were four-time list of counts and passed hard drives to equip votes counting machines. These allegations are wrong, and there was no conspiracy to change the votes against Trump in Georgia in 2020, a state in which he lost the election closely.

“These statements repeat exactly the same lies for which Mr. Giuliani has already been liable and which he has agreed to be hired by judicial order for repetition. They represent clear violations of the consent instruction,” wrote Freeman and Moss' lawyers.

In his program on November 12, Giuliani admitted that he could have more consequences in court that day.

“I'm sorry that they sue me again because they said it, but what should I do, but say the truth,” he said.

A lawyer by Giuliani, Joseph R. Cammarata, also organized a press conference on Wednesday morning in front of Moss and Freeman's lawyers.

“They do everything to stop me and Giuliani from having an impressive defense. We won't allow it. This will not take place in the United States. That is not what we are,” said Cammarata.

Howell gave Giuliani on Wednesday afternoon until December 2, to respond to the application for contempt and asked him to “describe the recommended appropriate sanction in order to describe his compliance with the settlement approved six months ago.

She set a hearing for December 12th and said that Giuliani had to personally appear in Washington, DC, in her courtroom.

Howell directed the process in which a jury found that Giuliani Freeman and Moss recorded so strictly that he should pay them $ 150 million. Previously, she had signed a settlement against Bar Giuliani because she continued to repeat lies about the stolen voices during the vote in Georgia in 2020 and talked about Moss and Freeman, which he also did in the course of the trial a year ago before a legal proceedings.

In this agreement, which came shortly after the jury's judgment, Giuliani agreed that he could be despised in court if he publicly suggested that they stole voices.

The comparison agreement states that Giuliani would “be permanently included in the publication, what others publish and/or the publication of other statements by publishing statements by the plaintiffs, regardless of whether they were mentioned directly, indirectly or implicitly, indicate this in connection with the 2020 presidential election.”

In that year since then, the women, a mother and daughter have collected some of the luxury owners of Giuliani like a classic convertible and watches to comply with these debts, and still work on taking control of his real estate assets and the Yankees World Series rings.

Giuliani loses his 6 million dollar apartment in New York to the two women, but argues that he maintains the 3.5 million dollars in Florida in Florida, where he currently stays, and the championship rings worth potentially hundreds of thousands of dollar collective.

He has already lost his right -wing license for the Trump campaign in 2020, which included his efforts in Georgia.
