Wood – who was banned from Twitter after spreading conspiracy theories and violent rhetoric – posted a confidential State Bar complaint about Telegram, a messaging board app, on Saturday alleging the attorney may have violated several rules of conduct .
The complaint, sent to Wood on February 5, comes weeks after the State Bar announced it was opening a lawsuit against Wood to see if the attorney should have his license revoked for “mental illness.”
The 1,600-page document lists lawsuits that Wood has filed in court to overturn the election in Trump’s favor and how his behavior may have been problematic.
The complaint also discusses Woods’ bizarre derogatory and threatening remarks online, including demanding that the Supreme Court, John Roberts, and Senate minority leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.), As well as former Vice President Pence, be arrested for treason and Pence “threatens execution by firing squad.”
Wood advanced QAnon’s conspiracy theories, suggesting at one point that Roberts was somehow linked to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
The Georgia State Bar did not immediately respond to Forbes’ request for comment on Sunday.

“They threw the kitchen sink at me,” Wood said of the complaint, calling on his supporters to donate money to combat the effort. Wood also urged his followers to unearth harmful information against members of the Georgia State Bar Disciplinary Board.
What to look out for
Georgia State Bar regulations state that “mental illness, cognitive impairment, alcohol or drug abuse to the extent that attorney proficiency is impaired” are grounds for revocation of your license to practice law. Usually the Disciplinary Board can refer the attorney to a psychologist. If the attorney denies an assessment, “it may be a reason for further litigation … including emergency procedures”.

On Friday, Wood said he would represent fellow lawyer and conspiracy theorist Sidney Powell in a defamation lawsuit by Dominion Voting Systems that Powell – and Wood – falsely claimed to have been involved in an election fraud scandal.

Wood was one of the most prominent lawyers who tried to enforce former President Donald Trump’s allegations of false voter fraud in court after the 2020 elections. Wood spoke to Trump several times and met with the former president in the Oval Office last year. Before Trump, Wood gained a solid reputation after killing Richard Jewell, a security guard falsely accused of planting the bomb in Centennial Olympic Park during the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia, and Herman Cain on a sexual misconduct trial had represented.
