Georgia Home infested with snakes, rats and cockroaches.
The family renting the home has a long list of issues with their home that the landlord apparently didn’t address. They reported rats and cockroaches, as well as other necessary repairs, but the final nail in the coffin was snakes breaking through their ceiling.
According to the landlord, responsibility lies with the family. However, the family thinks differently. They stopped paying their rent two months ago to try to fix the problems. However, under Georgia’s law, tenants cannot withhold rent.
The family is about to move out.
