Georgia A. Miller-Swingle, 67, of Grove City, passed away on July 6, 2023 at Sharon Regional Medical Center in Sharon after a short illness.
Born on April 8, 1956, Georgia was raised in Grove City by her parents, George and Grace Childress. She attended schools in Grove City and Slippery Rock University.
Georgia worked and retired at Armco in Butler.
Georgia loved to draw, garden, eat, cook, entertain and spend time with family, friends and her big dog, Piper.
She was an avid sports fan and loved NASCAR racing, the Pittsburgh Steelers and watching her grandson DeLathian compete in various sports for the Grove City teams.
Georgia leaves to mourn the loss of her husband Timothy Swingle, whom she married on June 15, 2018. a daughter, Charmaine Miller; two stepsons, Scott Swingle (Rose) and Eric Swingle (Amy); three grandchildren, Delathian Boanes, Ayden Miller and Abby Miller; eight step-grandchildren; two sisters, Janet Bass (Timothy) and Blanche Gates (Otis); a brother, Jackie Childress; and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins ​​and a variety of friends.
Before Georgia, her mother and father George and Grace Childress died; and her son, Eugene Miller Jr.

Viewing: Saturday (07/23) from 6pm to 8pm at the CUNNINGHAM FUNERAL HOME, INC., 306 Bessemer Ave., Grove City.
Celebration of Life: Saturday, 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
