A former employee of a national logistics company in Georgia is suing the company for gender discrimination, sexual harassment and retaliation.
Throughout her employment as a driver for Lazer Spot Inc., Kyesha Carroll was subjected to sexual harassment and a hostile work environment from male employees and managers, according to her complaint filed Friday.
Carroll, who has worked for the company since approximately June 2022, alleges that the site manager made inappropriate sexual comments, was denied hours of work given to less experienced male employees, and was aggressively confronted by male colleagues.
