Jeffrey Leavitt, a partner at DLA Piper in Atlanta, was recognized for his role in a number of deals last year.

- Represented Salesloft, an Atlanta-based sales engagement software company, in the financing and acquisition of a majority interest in the company by Vista Equity Partners, valuing Salesloft at $2.3 billion. He has advised Salesloft as corporate counsel since early development, including the negotiation and administration of the $100 million Series E round in 2021 and the $70 million Series D round in 2019. - Representing 4G Clinical on a $230+ million growth equity investment from Goldman Sachs Asset Management (July 2021).
- Representing Atlanta-based FullStory, a leader in digital experience intelligence (DXI), on its oversubscribed $103 million Series D funding, led by Permira, which raised the company $1.8 billion valued in US dollars. (Aug 2021).
- Representing RoadSync on its $30 million Series B financing led by Tiger Global (June 2021).
- Represented PICKUP on its $15 million Series B financing (March 2021).
