Georgia A. Hartfield, 70, of Council Bluffs, passed away at her home on May 10, 2023, attended by her family.
Georgia was born on January 12, 1953 in Oakland, California to the late George and Della (McCallan) White. She married Patrick Hartfield on December 29, 1972. Georgia was a printer at Karbrite Manufacturing and a former printer for the Council Bluffs Public Library. She was a supporter of Wings of Hope and the Presbyterian faith.
Before Georgia, her son George Patrick Hartfield died.
Survivors include her husband Patrick Hartfield of Council Bluffs; daughter Mandi and Gary Chambers of Carter Lake; son Matthew Hartfield of Council Bluffs; 5 grandchildren: Ethan, Ayden, Colton, Piper and Beckston; Sister Michelle “Shelly” Tuttle of Council Bluffs; brother-in-law, Luke Hartfield of Glenwood; Docker and Ellen Hartfield of Omaha; sisters-in-law Michelle Hartfield of Griswold, Iowa; Ardith Shaw Boeck of Audubon, Iowa; nephew, David Tuttle; 3 nieces, Rachel Rodeno, Bethany Dollen and Grace Tuttle.
Family visit on Tuesday from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Cutler-O’Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home. Private family funeral service. Memorials for the American Heart Association honoring George Hartfield.
