The political organization of Republican Governor Brian Kemp accepted social media in order to limit his success in the limitation of complaints in a way that Georgians could understand. “Thank you,” proclaimed his ad, with the words that are blocked in the yellow-black all-caps style of the iconic shield of the waffle house.
Kemp, who signed two new laws on the revision of Georgia's legal disputes on Monday, will take the measures that corporate groups strived for years, reduce insurance costs, help companies and improve the state's economy. Among other things, the laws limit if companies and owners can be liable for negligence and add regulations to lower the jury awards.
