Georgia election officials settle defamation lawsuits against OAN

By Kelcey Caulder (April 22, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. EDT) — Two poll workers have agreed to settle defamation lawsuits against right-wing cable news network One America News Network, which they say falsely accused them of vote fraud over the outcome of the Changing US Presidential Election 2020 in Georgia.

In a status report filed Thursday in DC federal court, Fulton County election officials Ruby Freeman and Wandrea “Shaye” Moss said they had agreed to meet with the network, its owners and its chief White House correspondent to agree, although their claims are directed at frequent OAN commentator Rudy Giuliani are yet to be announced.
