Employee sues Georgia-Pacific over alleged discrimination related to ADA

Atlanta-based Georgia-Pacific was sued Tuesday in Florida Northern District Court for alleged workplace discrimination under the ADA. The lawsuit was brought by the Mattox law firm on behalf of a former mechanic who alleges he was not provided with reasonable accommodation to work in a controlled environment. No attorney has yet appeared for the accused. The case is 4:23-cv-00088, Mosley v. Georgia-Pacific LLC.
