Innovation – what it means and how Elizabeth Garvish is changing the game
So what does innovation mean to Elizabeth and how does she implement new ideas in her immigration law firm? As Elizabeth sees it, innovation is really about “changes in ourselves, the way we think, the way we think and how we interact with others”. For Elizabeth to put innovation into practice, change must come “from letting go of ingrained societal norms and the idea that there is only one right way to do something”.
