Law360 (Apr 23, 2021, 8:05 p.m. EDT) – The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission is suing clinical laboratory company AEON Global Health on behalf of a former employee, accusing the company of promoting a hostile work environment and orally making them openly sexual and racist Harassment.

The lawsuit, filed Thursday in the Northern District of Georgia on behalf of customer service specialist Crystal McDonald, said that Peach State Health Management LLC, which operates as AEON, dismissed McDonald over complaints about their treatment.
