Derrick Hayes, CEO and Founder of Big Dave’s Cheesesteaks, is bringing its award-winning take on the West Philadelphia classics to a new location in Forest Park, Georgia this spring. Located at 4495 Jonesboro Road, the newest addition will serve as the brand’s third location in the Atlanta area and will offer delectable flavors from its hometown of Philly in the form of beef, chicken and salmon cheesesteaks, hand-rolled egg rolls and other melt-in-the-mouth, larger-than-life flavors that everyone can enjoy.
Anchored by the cheesesteaks that started it all, the Jonesboro Road menu features a selection of beef, chicken and salmon cheesesteaks – each expertly flavored with an abundance of melt-in-the-mouth toppings and sandwiched between a traditional Amoroso Roll – Philadelphia fries featuring favorite cheesesteak sides, hand-rolled spring rolls, a selection of Philadelphia-inspired salads and beverages. Rated one of the “Top 10 Best Sandwiches” in the world by World Food Champions, the restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner and will be available for dine-in and take-away service at the counter.

Available exclusively at all Big Dave locations and through the company Online shop Shipped nationwide, the recipe is carefully blended to universally enhance dishes like burgers, chicken, ribs, steaks, vegetables, fish and more.
As an extension of the brand’s community outreach, Derrick established the David & Derrick Hayes Foundation – a foundation honoring his father to support early detection and cancer research, the David & Derrick Hayes College Fund, which provides quarterly funding for deserving students with a 3.0 GPA provides or higher and 1st place: The life experience – a program Derrick runs with his fiancée Pinky Cole (founder of the hugely successful Slutty vegan) with an initiative to give 25,000 Black men nationwide full access to and awareness of life insurance to support their health and create generational wealth within the Black community.
