You are hereby requested, in person or by an attorney, to appear in Rockdale County Juvenile Court for a hearing at Rockdale County Juvenile Court, 922 Court Street, Room 103, Conyers, Georgia 30012, on November 8th, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. , then and there to answer the ministry’s petition to end parental rights and why the ministry’s prayers for discharge should not be granted. NOTICE OF THE EFFECT OF THE TERMINATION JUDGMENT Georgia law provides that you could permanently lose your rights as a parent. A petition has been tabled to end parental rights asking the court to end your parental rights over your children. A copy of the Ending Parental Rights Request in respect of the above children can be obtained from the Secretariat office in the Rockdale County Courthouse during business hours.
