Atlanta left an aircraft with more than 300 South Korean workers who were held last week during an immigration attack in a battery factory in Georgia in Georgia. The workers are expected to arrive in South Korea on Friday afternoon.
The group, which also includes 10 Chinese citizens, three Japanese and an Indonesian, belonged to the extensive Hyundai car system west of Savannah among around 475 people in the FABRIK.
The South Korean officials have successfully negotiated voluntary departure for employees with the US authorities instead of deportation, which could have led to a 10-year re-entry ban in the USA.
