ICE arrested 475 employees who claimed the agency to work on the site, including 300 South Korean citizens.

Charles H. Kuck, founding partner of the law firm Kuck Baxter in Atlanta, said that his customers had arrested in the robbery on the plant in the facility, which was developed by Hyundai Motor and LG Energy Solution in Ellabell, 25 miles west of Savannah, included two doctoral students, two engineers and two project managers who had all suitable visas.

“People do not understand … This system is being built with equipment outside the USA, which means that technicians and installers and engineers outside the USA who are the experts for this product are products that they do not produce in America,” he said today in an interview (September 9).

“Ice knows that they hold people who do not violate their status. This is a violation of the federal law,” he added.
