Foreign agents arrested almost 500 workers during an immigration attack on a building of the Hyundai battery system near Savannah, Georgia – a company that affects relationships between the USA and South Korea and has taken control of how America occupies its largest industrial projects.

About 475 workers at the building location of the battery system were suspected of being illegal in the United States on September 4, with at least 300 reports from the democratic half of the Korean peninsula – which is also an Asian partner in the USA.

The incident in the work in Bryan County – several miles west of the Savannah suburb of Pooler – has renewed the examination for construction sites of large projects, since the Trump management continues to investigate illegal construction site practices.

Steven Schrank, a top official in the Atlanta Bureau of Homeland Security Investigations, 'said that the robbery “sent a clear and clear message that those who exploit our workforce undermout our economy and violate federal laws.”

According to several reports, the system under construction and the production of “Hyundai-LG” batteries was the largest individual operation in DHS history.

James Kim, President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Korea, criticized challenges and confusion in the US visum process in comments on the Washington Post.

“When you send people for factories that affect semiconductors or electrical batteries, you need people on the floor who know what you are doing,” said Kim, as the paper reported that South Korea was assigned to popular H1-B and other visa types with roadblocks.

Kim told the newspaper that the situation left many workers in a “gray zone” visa.

After the robbery, the South Korean Foreign Minister Cho Hyun traveled to the USA on Monday to trace the workers held, as Seoul said that Washington had agreed to released them in this way.

According to Reuters, the trade negotiations with South Korea led to a deal in July, some of which are still in river.

Hyundai itself had stated that it would invest 26 billion US dollars in the United States as part of the agreement.

In the meantime, the then President Joe Biden Flak caught the controversy when the comments from his trip to South Korea reappeared from his trip to South Korea, where he described the Hyundai location as a blessing for the employment of the Americans.

“It is great to make the new investments in the American production of more than 10 billion US dollars known. This new commitment of 5 billion US dollars for advanced automotive technology and 5.5 billion US dollars to open a new factory near Savannah, Georgia, will create more than 8,000 new American jobs,” he said at that time.

The Hyundai Motor Company announced Fox News Digital that none of the detained foreigners were employed directly by the car manufacturer.

“We prioritize the security and well -being of everyone at the location, which comply with all laws and regulations wherever we work,” said the company in an explanation.
