- Authorities need your help with tracking Cedric Demitri Rogers. Rogers, jailed for violating his suspended sentence, fled his work detail at the Hall County Animal Shelter Thursday afternoon. He was later spotted at a Gwinnett County Hardee’s and continues to avoid the police. He is now on the runand is sought to flee and Tampering with an electronic surveillance device. (News)
- The National Weather Service gave one Wind chill warning for North Georgia, as the arctic blast has brought in some of them coldest temperatures We’ve seen in decades. The powerful gusts of wind have wreaked havoc everywhere Metro-Atlanta cuts down trees and tearing down of power lines, and companies are work to restore power as quickly as possible. The temperatures should stay the same below freezing until Monday. There are Warming stations open throughout the metro area including Gwinnett County and Georgia State Parks will also have Warming stations open. - Loganville’s Orchard Church host 2 Christmas candlelight Services that families can enjoy together. The first more family friendly serviceat 11:30 a.mwill be slightly shorter and feature glow stick candles and the second service will be at 4:30 p.m Per all generations and feature a more traditional candlelight service.
